Yes, slang. What is casual, what is endearing, romantic and offensive?

What are rarities in Australia?

Rarities what do you mean @Prometheus

Well there’s the classic mate which can mean anything

Dickhead is a common one

I know we’re not allowed too much swearing but swearing is very common in Australia. I mean among people with formal vocabularies as well

And since we’re all teenagers it’s un heard of to not swear

Babe is a romantic one which I think is most places

I’ll list them more fluently

@Eagle high dollar items or things you can only get at certain time of the year or in certain locations

I’ll see if I can think or notice any more

Ahhhh

Well if you want some food items Australians value

Caramello Koala
Tim tams
Kit Kat
Red rock deli chips
Mangoes

We are very passionate about eating meat.

Magnums

I feel like any generic junk like that

2 minute noodles
Smiths chips

I’d have to think what leisure items would be valuable in a situation such as this

:eyes: What are magnums in Aus?

The thing about that reference…

This rpg is supposed to be unrelated. Different local for different experience. A fresh take on things.

Maybe whom made that reference could edit it out. :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes:

Let’s talk about Winter. How’s it there? Does it snow in our town? What are some winter activities? This will definitely help my writing :joy:

Alright so in that area of Australia it’s unlikely to snow because it’s very dry. Although it’s unlikely it has happened but it realistically would only happen once or twice in the winter.

And winter activities

Well usually stay inside and get as many blankets on as you can lol.

In all seriousness we aussies don’t do a lot in winter. We almost hibernate lol. Younger kids aren’t usually effected though so they’ll still go to parks and stuff but the teens…under their blankets 24/7.

There is some alps near this area so if people wanted to travel to them they can but they’re about an hour drive so around 14 hours walk
